GROWING ADVICE
Sow the seeds indoors from March to May or September to October indoors or under cover. Scatter thinly onto lightly firmed, moist well-drained seed compost. Do not cover. The seeds need light and gentle heat for germination so place the pot in a polythene bag in a warm place, ideally temperatures of around 18-24°C. Germination may take time, so patience is important!
When the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual larger pots and acclimatise and plant out once danger of frost has passed. Do not over water.
Rosemary Plants are a classic Mediterranean herb and tolerate to dry spells, but water regularly during very dry summers, especially if plants are grown in containers.
